Alan Graham

Alan joined Taggarts to help manage our UK expansion, bringing with him over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry gaining experience as a Site Engineer, Site Manager and Contracts Manager in previous roles. He is a Graduate of Queen’s University Belfast with a Degree in Civil Engineering and subsequently completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Construction Law and Contract Administration at Trinity Dublin.

He has proven experience in the delivery of complex commercial and residential projects, both in Northern Ireland and in the UK having been responsible for the safe and successful execution of a wide variety of construction projects including industrial, commercial, residential, leisure and educational facilities. He has a sound and comprehensive understanding of the development and construction industry working at a senior level in some prestigious NI companies including McAleer & Rushe and Gilbert Ash.

Alan is responsible for overseeing the construction management teams to ensure that projects are delivered on programme, safely, within budget and to the highest possible standards of workmanship.
