Martin Diamond

Martin graduated from University of Ulster with a BSc (Hons) Construction Management & Building in 1992 and worked for 3 years in Hampshire County Council Planning department as a Contracts Manager prior to joining Taggarts in 1995. Over the years he has worked on numerous developments over the years ranging in size from 15 to 1,000 units.

In his role Martin has vital input into site acquisition, site layout design and the external and internal specification of the houses. With his experience he also brings a high level review function to all aspects of the development process.

Examples of projects overseen include;

Oak Country Manor, Derry – 200 unit residential development (current)

Barleyfields, Derry – 211 unit residential development (current)

Sevenoaks, Derry - 275 unit residential development.

Acquisition of Fraser Estates - 900 unit residential scheme.

Acquisition of Yuill Homes – residential builder based in England selling c.400 houses per annum.
